I knew that she would understand our smaller budget. We wanted to find some property but didn't have a million dollars to spend. I knew that she would not laugh at our budget range and would still look at us as important. 3. We knew this would not be a fast transaction as property is hard to get here in our area. She was very willing to take on the task of being an almost 2 year adventure. 4. Donna knows this area and was willing to help us look at both at our specifications and even things just outside our area. 5. She is familiar with the Beaverton area and purchasing property. Which is super helpful as not all agents are familiar with property. 6. She gave us her advice but was NOT forceful with it. She allowed us to take her information and make a decision based on how we felt. I am a big "go with my gut" person and she allowed us to follow some of that. 7. She SOLD our house in 3 days for us for full price and was great with communication when the buyers agent wasn't as quick to respond. 8. I would hire her again any day to sell and buy another place.
